Job Description

• Responsible for Corporate and Banquet Sales for the Restaurants Chain.
• Should understand of the Restaurants business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
• Provide the highest quality of service to the guest / customer at all times.
• Should work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the restaurants.
• Sending Banquet event proposals to the guests and being in timely contact with them.
• Ensure prompt responses for all enquiries through telephone and emails.
• Coordinate with Banquet operations on a timely basis to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• To compose, publish and distribute Banquet event order (BEO) / Banquet Function Plan (FP) to all department heads and personnel who are involved in servicing banquets function.

Salary 5 Lac To 6 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
